Tamil actor Karthi ties the knot

Amid much fanfare, hype and tight security, popular Tamil actor Karthi tied the nuptial knot with Ranjani as per Tamil customs.Karthi's father and yesteryear actor Shivakumar,his brother and actor Surya and his actor-wife Jothika welcomed the guests, which included several actors from the southern film fraternity.A large number of fans waited outside to catch a glimpse of the newly-wed actor, who shot into fame with his movie,"Paruthiveeran".
